The fitness room features treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, a lateral trainer, a row machine and arc trainers. It also has both free weights and weight machines, including a cable machine and leg press/hack squat. Our dumbbells start at 3 pounds and go up to 125 pounds!!!
The fitness room is also air conditioned.
Cardio equipment includes arc trainers, ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, a lateral trainer and a row machine.

Fitness Room Rules
1. Clean sneakers only please. No flip flops or sandals allowed.
2. Wipe down the machines after each use to prevent the spread of germs.
3. Must be 13 years or older with written parent permission to use the Fitness Room.
4. All participants must have an orientation of the machines before they are allowed to use them.
5. Please limit grunting, groaning and other noises. Profanity will not be tolerated.
6. Dropping of the weights is strictly prohibited.
7. Please re-rack all free weights. The next person may not be as strong!
