Boot Camp

Boot camp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility,
core and functional movement patterns.  You get EVERYTHING you need! During the month of July this class will be Kickboxing!!

Ladies Who Lift 
Instructor: Jessy VanHorn
This class is specifically designed to teach weight training for women beginners. A class that teaches you exactly how to lift weights with good technique, how to make regular progress and get excellent results from your gym sessions. Only 8 class spots available.

Osteoporosis
Bone Builders

This program consists of warm up exercises, progressive weight training and balance exercises all designed to help prevent and treat Osteoporosis.
Tuesday/Thursday  9:00-10:00 am
This class is FREE to both members & non-members!  An orientation and Dr.’s release is required, before participation.

Pickleball
PickleBall is a tennis type, paddle game played inside with a wiffle ball.  We are playing pick-up style games in the gym. We provide all the equipment and someone will be here to help you learn.

Yoga - Weekend Yoga
Instructor: Kathleen Frizzi
Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body.
Vinyasa (or “flow”) yoga links breath with movement to create a flowing meditation in movement. Modifications are given for beginner students and variations are offered for more advanced students.

This dance-inspired class is great for all fitness levels and ages. It’s a fun and fantastic workout.  Loud music and quick steps all led by a certified instructor!

Dance Camp
This 3-week session offers a variety of dance techniques.  Each day will focus on one specific dance style. The variety will allow each dancer to develop and discover their unique creative voice.
