Boot Camp

Instructor: Jessy VanHorn
Boot camp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility,
core and functional movement patterns.  You get EVERYTHING you need! During the month of July this class will be Kickboxing!!
Tuesdays & Thursdays:  6:30-7:30 pm

Evening Yoga
Instructor:  Betsy Naselli
Introduces the basic principles and practices of Hatha Yoga, and sets the context for further study. Students will develop a clear foundation for asana practice, with an emphasis on proper alignment and body awareness, basic breath training and Yoga meditation.

Bone Builders

Instructors: Maverette Lincoln, Dave Shurtleff
This program consists of warm up exercises, progressive weight training and balance exercises all designed to help prevent and treat Osteoporosis.
Tuesday/Thursday  9:00-10:00 am
This class is FREE to both members & non-members!  An orientation and Dr.’s release is required, before participation.
PickleBall is a tennis type, paddle game played inside with a wiffle ball.  We are playing pick-up style games in the gym. We provide all the equipment and someone will be here to help you learn.
Mondays:                     8:00-11:00 am
Fridays:                        8:00-11:00 am & 6:00-8:00 pm

Tot Gym
Free and open to the public. Come ride our bikes with your friends or run a loop around the gym! Parent supervision required.

Yoga - Weekend Yoga
Instructor: Kathleen Frizzi
Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body.
Vinyasa (or “flow”) yoga links breath with movement to create a flowing meditation in movement. Modifications are given for beginner students and variations are offered for more advanced students.

Instructor: Wendy West
This dance-inspired class is great for all fitness levels and ages. It’s a fun and fantastic workout.  Loud music and quick steps all led by a certified instructor!

Step Aerobics
Instructor: Brenda Wilson
A step aerobics class that is always different, always moving, always a good workout, and ALWAYS fun!  The format incorporates segments on total body conditioning, abdominal and core strengthening, as well as stretching.  If you like to move, this is for you!

Living Fit
Instructor: Stephanie Scanlon
A class specifically designed for seniors. These classes are to strengthen the body and focus on better balance to reverse the major trend of 78% of older adults falling in Cayuga County.
Tuesdays & Thursdays:                7:30-8:30 a.m.

Ballet Dance Lessons

Instructor: Jessy VanHorn
Children learn body awareness, spatial awareness, rhythm and music appreciation. Basic concepts of movement, like jumping, walking, marching and turning, are reinforced each class. This experience will be full of moving, music, games, and enjoyment for your child.
Classes start Tuesday, September 10th and run through October 24th.
