Students on the Cato-Meridian Odyssey of the Mind teams recently put their problem-solving skills to the test at the State Competition, held at the New York State Fairgrounds on Saturday, March 26. Four Cato-Meridian teams will move on to the World Finals at Iowa State University in May.
Results from the State Competition are below:
Mr. and Mrs. Cox's Team: 2nd place - Problem 1, Division 2
Mrs. Lees's Team: 3rd place - Problem 2, Division 3
Mr. Robinson's Team: 10th place - Problem 3, Division 3
Mrs. Smith/Mrs. Mayenzet's Team: 3rd place - Problem 5, Division 1
Mrs. McGetrick's Team: 3rd place - Problem 5, Division 2
