Cato-Meridian Elementary School Students Showcase Innovation at Science Fair
Cato-Meridian Elementary School hosted its annual Science Fair on Wednesday, February 26, drawing a large crowd of students, families and faculty. The event featured a variety of student and family science projects, hands-on STEM activities, and live science demonstrations from teachers. A highlight of the evening was the appearance of Blocktimus Prime, the robot created by the Brick Devils Coding & Robotics Team.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore exhibits that made scientific concepts more approachable, from machine demonstrations to growing crystals.
“The turnout this year has been incredible,” said Danielle Mahoney, Principal of Cato-Meridian Elementary School. “We’re so proud of our students and families for their enthusiasm and participation.”
The fair provided valuable educational experiences and encouraged students to explore new areas of science and technology outside of a traditional school environment.
