Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team. As a School-Based Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting the physical development and well-being of our students. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure that students with physical challenges have the resources and support they need to thrive in a school setting.
Responsibilities:

Assess students' physical abilities and needs through evaluations and observations.
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' physical limitations and challenges.
-
Provide direct physical therapy services to students, both in one-on-one and group settings.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop strategies and accommodations to promote student success.
-
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
-
Provide guidance and training to teachers and staff on how to support students with physical challenges.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
-
Stay current with best practices and research in the field of school-based physical therapy.

Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings and other collaborative meetings as required.

Adhere to all ethical and professional standards in the field of physical therapy.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
-
State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
-
Certification in school-based physical therapy (if required by your state).
-
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compassion and patience when working with students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities: As our Varsity Basketball Coach, you will:

Develop and implement a comprehensive basketball program that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Inspire and motivate student-athletes to excel on and off the court, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Plan and lead engaging practice sessions, focusing on fundamental skills, strategy, and game preparation.

Manage game-day strategies, making critical decisions under pressure to secure victories.

Serve as a positive role model and mentor for our student-athletes, promoting good sportsmanship and character development.
Qualifications:

Previous basketball coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.

The ability to work collaboratively with athletes, parents, and school staff.

MUSIC TEACHER VACANCY
Cato-Meridian Elementary School is currently seeking a dedicated and outgoing person to fill a tenure track music teacher vacancy available August 31, 2023. This position will teach general music classes in PK-6, beginning instrumental lessons, along with 5th and 6th grade band.Our school serves approximately 500 students in pre-kindergarten - Grade 6. SUBSTITUTE BUS DRIVERS WANTED
We have openings for substitute bus drivers.Our group of bus drivers all work great together in a very friendly atmosphere! You will be required to have a CDL Class B Driver's License, which we will train you for if needed. You will also be required to have your fingerprints taken which our district will pay for so DO NOT follow the fingerprint process link to the right of this page. Our head bus driver will be able to give you further directions regarding fingerprinting. Pay rate is $20.00 per hour.
