Pickleball - Open Play
PickleBall is a tennis type, paddle game played inside with a wiffle ball. We play pick-up style games in the gym. We provide all the equipment and someone will be here to help you learn. MUST be 13 to play. Two courts may only be available for play on Friday evenings and Saturdays due to other members using the gym.
Mondays & Thursdays: 8:00-11:00 a.m.
Members: Free
Non-Members: $3.00 per visit
Pickleball - Advanced Play
This Pickleball time slot is designated for the more competitive pickleball players. Play will be at a faster pace than the other open play days.
Wednesdays: 8:00-11:00 a.m.

Beginner/Intermediate Pickleball
This Pickleball time slot is designated for players that play at a beginner/intermediate level.
Tuesdays: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Dance Fitness
Instructor: Jessica Davis
This dance-inspired class is great for all fitness levels and ages. It’s a fun and fantastic workout. Loud music and quick steps all led by a certified instructor!

OngoingYoga
Instructor: Kathleen Frizzi
Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body taught by a certified instructor who has 20 years of experience.
Vinyasa (or “flow”) yoga links breath with movement to create a flowing meditation in movement. Modifications are given for beginner students and variations are offered for more advanced students.
Tuesdays: 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Pilates
Instructor: Kathleen Frizzi
Pilates is low-impact on the joints and uses controlled movements, with primary focus on the core- to build strength, flexibility and endurance in a full body workout. This form of exercise modality benefits both the physical and mental you. Pilates teaches control and balance of one's mind and body, often focusing on the quality of a movement rather than the quantity of movement.
Tuesdays: 5:15-6:00 p.m.

Osteoporosis Bone Builders
Instructors: Diane Grant, Nancy Sumner
This program consists of warm up exercises, progressive weight training and balance exercises all designed to help prevent and treat Osteoporosis.
