    Kickboxing-     Last Class is April 18th

    Instructor: Travis Muhlnickel

    High intensity interval boxing, kickboxing and cross-training all in one class. Train like an athlete with intense cross-training for agility, speed, strength, conditioning and power.

    Tuesdays & Thursdays:         6:00-7:00 PM

    Members:                            Free

    Non-Members                      $5.00 per class

     

    HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)- Last class is April 18th

    Instructor: Travis Muhlnickel

    HIIT class features varying intervals of intense cardio and/or strength exercises paired with active recovery. In this HIIT workout, increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance, and work your entire body with challenging moves.

    Tuesdays & Thursdays:       6:00-7:00 AM

    Pickleball - Open Play

    PickleBall is a tennis type, paddle game played inside with a wiffle ball.  We play pick-up style games in the gym. We provide all the equipment and someone will be here to help you learn.  MUST be 13 to play. Two courts may only be available for play on Friday evenings and Saturdays due to other members using the gym.

    Mondays & Thursdays:      8:00-11:15 a.m.

    Fridays:                             7:00-9:30 am & 5:30-8:00 PM

    Saturdays/;                        7:30-10:00 am

    Members:                           Free

    Non-Members:                   $3.00 per visit

     

    Pickleball - Advanced Play

    This Pickleball time slot is designated for the more competitive pickleball players. Play will be at a faster pace than the other open play days. 

    Wednesdays:                  8:00-11:15 a.m.

    Members:                        Free

    Non-Members:                $3.00 per visit

    Beginner/Intermediate Pickleball

    This Pickleball time slot is designated for players that play at a beginner/intermediate level.

    Tuesdays:                       8:00 am - 11:15 am

    Morning Yoga

    Instructor: Irene Owens

    This Hatha Yoga class will guide you through movement that develops strength, flexibility, and will develop the connection between body, mind & breath. Deepen your understanding of the posture & basic alignment in the body, breathing and relaxation techniques. All levels welcome.

                     

    Thursdays:           7:30-8:30 a.m.

    Evening Yoga

    Instructor: Kathleen Frizzi

    Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body taught by a certified instructor that has 20 years of experience.

    Vinyasa (or “flow”) yoga links breath with movement to create a flowing meditation in movement. Modifications are given for beginner students and variations are offered for more advanced students.

    Dance Fitness

    Instructor: Vivian Cox

    This dance - inspired class is great for all fitness levels and ages. It’s a fun and fantastic workout.  Loud music and quick steps

    Osteoporosis Bone Builders  

    Instructors: Nancy Sumner & Diane Grant  

    This program consists of warm up exercises, progressive weight training and balance exercises all designed to help prevent and treat Osteoporosis.

    Tuesday & Thursday:          8:30-9:30 a.m.  

    Members:                           Free

    Non-Members:                   $2.50 per class 

     

    Pilates

    Instructor: Kathleen Frizzi              

    Pilates is low-impact on the joints and uses controlled movements, with primary focus on the core- to build strength, flexibility and endurance in a full body workout.  This form of exercise modality benefits both the physical and mental you.  Pilates teaches control and balance of one's mind and body, often focusing on the quality of a movement rather than the quantity of movement.  

    Tuesdays:            5:15-6:00 p.m.
