Arthritis Water Class-
Gentle range of motion exercises that are recommended by the Arthritis Foundation. Some time is spent in the deep water, if you are comfortable.
Class will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-9:45 am.
Deep Water Workout
Instructor: Gloria Woolson
Zero impact, comfortably paced class that uses the water’s resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, range of motion and strength. This class uses floatation belts, barbells and webbed fitness gloves that are provided by the Rec Center.
Wednesdays: 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Fridays: 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Non-Members: $5.00 a class
